Right of withdrawal
Cancellation Terms
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Bonsai-Zentrum Münsterland GmbH, Raiffeisenstraße 22, D-59387 Ascheberg, Germany, info@bonsai.de, Telefon: (0049) 2593-95 87 13, Telefax: (0049) 2593-95 87 15) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will make this refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you post the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. These costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately 200 EUR, provided that the goods can only be dispatched via a haulage contractor due to their size or weight.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics and functioning.
