§ 1 Scope of application, customer information
The following general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Bonsai-Zentrum Münsterland GmbH and the consumers and entrepreneurs who purchase goods via our shop. Conflicting or deviating terms and conditions are not accepted by us. The language of the contract is German.
§ 2 Conclusion of contrat
(1) The offers on our online shop represent a binding offer to purchase.
(2) You can add one or more products to the shopping cart. Please enter your data and preferences regarding payment method, delivery modalities etc. during the ordering process. By clicking the "Order now" button you accept the offer to conclude a purchase contract. You can also conclude the purchase contract by telephone.
§ 3 Customer information: storage of your order data
Your order with details of the contract concluded (e. g. type of product, price etc.) will be saved by us. We will send you the general terms and conditions of business, but you can also access them at any time after the conclusion of the contract via our website.
As a registered customer you can access your past orders via the customer login area (My Account).
§ 4 Customer information: correction guidelines
You can correct your entries at any time before placing the order by pressing the delete key. Along the ordering process we will inform you about further correction possibilities. You may terminate the ordering process at any time by closing the browser window.
§ 5 Retention of title clause
The object of purchase remains our property until full payment.
§ 6 Legal Defect Liability Rights
Statutory rights relating to liability for defects apply to our goods.
§ 7 Commercial place of jurisdiction
Exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contract is our place of business, if you are a merchant.
§ 8 Credit check
Our company regularly checks customers, including existing ones, for creditworthiness whenever contracts are concluded and also in certain cases when there is a legitimate interest.
