§ 1 General remarks

Your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank details, credit card number) are used by us only in accordance with the regulations of the German Data Protection Act. The following provisions inform you about the means, scale and purpose of collection, processing and use of personal data. This privacy policy only relates to our websites. § 2 Inventory data

Your personal data. insofar as this is required for the establishment, definition of the content of or alterations of the contractual relationship, is used exclusively for the fulfillment of the contract (inventory data). For example, your name and address have to be forwarded to the goods supplier for delivering the goods.

§ 3 Solvency check

Service partners of the Bonsai-Zentrum Münsterland GmbH, which are necessary for the regular order processing (e.g. the shipping company that carries out the delivery, the credit institution assigned with handling payments or payment service provider such as Paypal, as well as the "Creditreform Münster Riegel & Riegel KG" to check on thecreditworthiness of new customers) save and  process personal data. In these cases, the amount of transmitted data is limited to the necessary minimum.
For the purposes of credit assessment, application data (name and surname, birth date and address) are transmitted to Creditreform Boniversum GmbH, Hellersbergstr. 11, 41460 Neuss. We acquire information on your creditworthiness on the basis of mathematic-statistical methods and including your address details from the Creditreform Boniversum GmbH, Hellersbergstr. 11, 41460 Neuss. No credit check takes place when you choose „Prepayment“ as payment method.

§ 4 Webanalysis with Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of the Google Inc. ("Google").  Google Analytics uses so-called Cookies, text files which are stored on your computer and which allows an analysis of the use of the website by you. § 5 Information about cookies
